REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

For several years, DGS member William "Mike" Dalton of Oregon has been updating and adding to the Irish files.  He has used multiple sources for Births and Marriage records and has thus expanded the number of entries to over 16,000, not including ancillary information.  We are deeply indebted to Mike for the countless hours that he has spent searching microfilms, microfiche, and other records.  Mike has also engaged genealogists in Ireland to search and extract records.

If you have researched your Dalton family and wish to contribute your data to the Bank, it will be most welcome.  Contact for more information on how to submit your data.
